izgleda da Bete nisu loše, evo već nekoliko dana koristim i radi veoma dobro (za razliku od alfe gdje se nije moglo opstat od krahiranja :))

Da li se meni cini ili stvarno nema screen savera u beti?
Ljudi okupljeni oko Ubuntu-a su skontali da je screensaver so 00’s te su odlucili da od sad, na dalje i ubuduce na Ubuntu nece biti screensavera. Od verzije 12.04 ukida se i opcija wallpapera
a desktop ikone ce biti fixed, jer vele ko jos danas se tim opterecuje. Humanity to each others.
neće ubaciti opciju “shut down” jer misle da je bespotrebno…
ko još koristi CRT monitor

ma ja, najlakše po ubuntu-u ošinut 
ma ionako je screensaver samo trosio energiju bezveze zadnjih godina … mislite na planetu malo !
crni ekran sigurno trosi manje energije nego animacija 3d letecih cvjetica
i skracuje zivotni vijek LCD monitora 
meščini najviše se raja interesuju za gnome3 shell switchability (native gnome na ubuntu 11.10), u komentarima vele

hmm… gnome-shell has a dependency which cannot be installed as it removes the other dependency…catch 22
Wait a couple days. The new clutter and mutter use libcogl5 instead of old libcogl2. Libcogl5 is being included in today’s release of Beta 2, but the Gnome-Shell in the standard Oneiric repositories hasn’t been built against Ligcogl5 yet. It should be out within the next few days.
The theming issues are an easy fix. Just set the theme to Adwaita and logout/login. The issue is because Ambiance/Radiance don’t support GNOME-Shell.[/quote]
puno više crasheva u odnosu na beta 1 (u mom slučaju)
